This Privacy Policy explains how the MyDrive application (“MyDrive”, “we”, “us”), operated by TSUKURUMA Co., Ltd. (2960 Inc.), collects, uses, and protects your information, including information used for SMS text messaging.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide (such as name / nickname and phone number).
Vehicle and drive information you create within the app.
Location data while you use drive-recording features.
Basic device and usage data for reliability and improvement.

2. How we use your information

To provide the MyDrive service and its features.
To send one-time passcodes (OTP) by SMS to verify your phone number at login and registration.
To maintain security and prevent fraud.

3. Mobile information & SMS — no third-party sharing

We do NOT share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is used solely to deliver one-time passcodes and account-verification messages, and is never provided to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Sharing of other information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except: (a) with your consent; (b) when required by law; or (c) when necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person. Any such exceptions never include sharing mobile opt-in / SMS consent data for marketing.

5. Data retention & your choices

You may stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP. For phone-number-only accounts, information may be deleted automatically after a period of inactivity. To request access or deletion, contact us at info@2960.co.jp.
